We’re expanding into Milford, MI, and we’re looking for a motivated, community-focused Insurance Sales Agent to help grow our presence in this market! If you have experience in personal or commercial insurance sales and a passion for building relationships, this is an opportunity to join a dynamic, growth-focused agency serving the Milford area. About the Role: As a Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for: • Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses and individuals • Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement • Consulting with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored coverage solutions • Managing the sales process from prospecting to policy issuance • Representing Michigan Community Insurance at local events, networking groups, and business associations • Cross-selling personal, commercial, and life/health insurance products What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of insurance sales experience (personal and/or commercial lines) • Active Michigan P&C license (Life & Health is a plus!) • A strong local presence in Milford or surrounding areas • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented • Familiarity with AMS360 or other agency management systems is a plus Why Join Us? • Established agency with strong carrier relationships • Competitive base salary plus commission structure • Opportunities for career growth and advancement • Supportive team environment with marketing and lead-generation resources Apply Job!
