About the position The Customer Service Representative at Alpine Bank is an entry-level role focused on delivering exceptional customer service to bank clients. This position involves handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing information about bank products and services. The representative is expected to work effectively in a team environment while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service using available training programs and measurement tools. , • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and resolve errors or discrepancies as they arise. , • Buy and sell currency from the vault as necessary, ensuring teller drawer cash limits are not exceeded. , • Understand the features and benefits of Alpine Bank consumer and business products and services. , • Answer basic customer inquiries and cross-sell when appropriate. , • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment. , • Follow all bank policies and procedures. , • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Customer service-oriented individual. , • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. , • Basic mathematical and cash handling skills. , • Basic keyboard navigation ability. , • Understanding and application of banking compliance regulations. , • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including Outlook and Word) is preferred. , • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
