As we grow, we need a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our paid media strategies and improve our customer acquisition efforts.Position Overview:We are seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital advertising efforts. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms to drive qualified leads and improve conversions. The candidate must have experience in financial services marketing and possess in-depth knowledge of Google Ads compliance rules for financial services.This is an opportunity to build and manage marketing strategies from the ground up, making a direct impact on our company’s growth.Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.Key Responsibilities:This role involves building and executing digital marketing campaigns from the ground up. You will be responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and business growth.Play a critical role in the creation and execution of digital media marketing campaigns.Develop and define core messaging and objectives for marketing campaigns.Design and write ad copy and ensure placement on paid platforms.Actively monitor performance data and optimize campaigns based on KPIs to improve return on ad spend.Work with developers to integrate campaigns with our lead intake flows.Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and marketing spend.Develop partnerships with paid digital media platforms.Ensure all marketing efforts comply with Google Ads financial services policies and other industry regulations.Evaluate, design, and plan mail marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and acquisition.What We’re Looking For:Deep Understanding of Facebook/Meta Ads: This will be your primary channel. You should have a strong history of scaling and optimizing campaigns on the Meta platform. You should have a keen sense of what creatives will perform and extensive experience managing and scaling Facebook Ads campaigns.Google Ads & Compliance Expertise: Familiarity with financial services advertising rules and Google’s compliance requirements.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Experience running A/B tests and using both qualitative and quantitative data to improve conversion rates.Strong Writing Skills: Ability to create ad copy that resonates with our target audience and clearly document marketing efforts.Hands-On Execution: As our first dedicated performance marketing hire, you should be comfortable handling every aspect of the digital marketing process, from strategy to execution.KPI-Driven Decision Making: Ability to evaluate and adjust campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs).Data-Driven Mindset: Experience analyzing performance metrics and making data-backed decisions to improve ad performance.Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Experience with Mail Marketing: While not required, familiarity with evaluating, designing, and planning mail marketing campaigns to optimize outreach and conversions is a plus.Why Join Us?Fully remote position with flexibility.Competitive compensation and opportunity for bonuses.Work with a growing financial services company that is expanding rapidly.The ability to build and scale marketing campaigns from scratch.If you are passionate about digital marketing and want to play a key role in scaling customer acquisition, we want to hear from you!
