Qualifications
- State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
- Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
- Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Case Management.
- Trauma Level Experience Trauma level 1+.
- EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
- Skills Assessment CMA skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
- Additional Confirmations I have previous experience with large facilities (200+ beds).
- Additional Confirmations I am willing to work a day / night rotation.
- Additional Confirmations I have 6 months of Level 1 experience within the last 2 years.
- Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
- COVID Vaccine Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
- Travel Contract Local contracts within 75.0 miles not accepted.
- Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
