• Regular analysis and evaluation of customer feedback
• Supporting online survey conception and programming
• Supporting the analysis of customer interviews
• Assisting in the development of marketing measures
• Creation of product training videos for customer education
• Assisting in the development of our Self Service Hub on the Statista website

Your Skills

• Need to be enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Hamburg for at least 1 more year
• A good level of both written and spoken English and German; ability to effectively communicate in both
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Highly detail-orientation with a reliable work ethic
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and changing priorities
