Intermediate ServiceNow Developer Full Time San Antonio, TX TS/SCI Clearance

• *This position is contingent upon contract award**

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements. Job Description:

• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Manage existing ServiceNow code and architecture, and work with key business units to troubleshoot existing solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and support new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of recent and relevant ServiceNow Implementation and integration experience focused on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment.
• Must have relevant ServiceNow experience with the ATO processes and acquisition for secure cloud implementations.
• IAT II certification required and ServiceNow certifications desired.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
