These advanced systems are vital to semiconductor manufacturing, automating the precise movement of wafers and cassettes throughout the Fabrication Facilities (FAB) to reduce manual handling and improve efficiency. TD7VII INC specializes in installing these automated track systems, which is essential for high-performance production in modern technology manufacturing. Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of materials, inventory, and shipments within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, optimize supply chain efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery, ensuring adherence to strict schedules and quality requirements.
  • Manage relationships with transportation providers, warehouses, and suppliers.
  • Track inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishment to prevent production delays.
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork as required.
  • Analyze logistics costs and suggest cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and safety standards.
  • Resolve any transportation or supply chain issues in a timely manner.
  • Use ERP and logistics software to track shipments and manage inventory.
  • Coordinate with cleanroom personnel regarding material transfer protocols.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability that is required. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.

Other Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance is a plus.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor materials, components, and supply chain constraints (preferred).

Travel: There is an ability to travel up to 50% of the time where projects will run anywhere between 1-8 months. A valid driver's license and good driving record is required. Must have or be eligible to obtain a passport for international travel. Remote Work: We do not provide any remote work positions within this job position. Benefits:
