• Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Care Aides ensure clients' comfort and dignity are maintained.
• Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility, including transfers and walking. Care Aides use proper techniques to ensure the safety of both clients and themselves.
• Medication Support: Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records. Care Aides ensure clients adhere to their medication schedules.
• Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and laundry. Care Aides help create a clean and comfortable environment for clients.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging them in activities and conversation. Care Aides play a vital role in enhancing clients' quality of life.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team. Care Aides ensure all documentation is thorough and timely.

Requirements:

• Experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting and transferring clients.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes if needed.
