Lots of opportunity for growth and career development Key Duties Submit oversize/overweight trucking permit applications to states permit offices and follow up on applications to make sure permits are returned as quickly as possible Ensure the accuracy of submitted permit applications Keep our customers informed of the statuses of their orders Any number of other tasks that support our permit staff to provide the high level of care our customers expect Permit Technician, Customer Service Processing Technician Qualifications Extremely motivated and hard-working Outgoing personality Clear and effective communicator, both written and spoken Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office and modern web browsers Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks and demands at the same time Must be willing to work 9am to 6pm; training hours will differ.

Job Description
We are looking for someone to grow with us and help us maintain the best customer service in the industry. You would start your career with us by supporting our employees as they process and submit applications for over-dimensional trucking permits. As you develop, you will begin to process applications of your own and become an expert in various states rules and procedures for over-dimensional loads and movements. Once you are ready, you will become an account manager and begin to manage relationships with our customers while becoming their valued partner in a crucial part of their business.
