Location: Remote Position Type: Volunteer Availability: Part-time, flexible Languages: Bilingual (Spanish & English required) We are looking for a Virtual Assistant Volunteer who is highly organized and proactive to support administrative tasks and manage direct communication with members and strategic allies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience, build high-level connections, and contribute to an organization with global impact. Responsibilities • Assist organization members with administrative and operational tasks. • Manage communication with members and allies, ensuring effective and strategic relationships. • Support the board of directors in executing key initiatives. • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. • Conduct research and compile relevant information for projects. • Maintain updated databases and internal management platforms. • Assist in the planning and organization of virtual events and strategic activities. Requirements • Fluency in both Spanish and English (mandatory). • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a team. • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Drive, Zoom, and task management platforms (preferred). • Experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
