The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values.

Main Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests, manage calls and inquiries, and support co-workers;

Coordinate office resources, oversee common areas, and maintain cleanliness;

Handle incoming parcels, deliveries, and sort emails;

Plan and support in-house and off-site events, celebrations, and conferences;

Find new and creative ways to improve our employees' wellbeing;

Monitor office supplies, place orders, and troubleshoot emergencies;

Ensure compliance with company policies and security requirements;

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality;

Oversee internal communication to address employees' questions;

Collaborate with the facilities team regarding building maintenance inquiries;

Manage other assigned projects.

Core Requirements

Ability to work full-time on-site at our Cyber City office in Vilnius;

Previous administrative work experience;

A go-to person with a proactive and responsible approach;

Care for people and a can-do attitude;

Strong problem-solving skills;

Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (both verbal and written);

That you are a fast learner and a self-organised person;

The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment;

Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 1400 - 2300 EUR/Month.
