Position Impact:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly, and efficiently. From fostering a positive office culture to coordinating essential administrative functions, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to leadership and staff, ensuring everyone has what they need to excel.
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  • Purchase, delivery, and return of new equipment for employees (laptops, monitors, etc.).
  • Ordering, quality checking, and delivery of corporate branded merchandise to employees.
  • Maintain office conditions and arranged necessary repairs.
  • Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment.
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, and service providers.
  • Manage office G&A budget, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Plan and coordinate team-building activities and community outreach initiatives.
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience as an office manager or in a comparable administrative leadership role, with a track record of success in maintaining efficient operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts.
  • Upper-Intermediate English Level, Basic Serbian Level.
  • Experience managing office budgets, overseeing expense reporting, and negotiating vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Quick thinker with a knack for identifying issues and implementing creative, practical solutions.
