Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and support various marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for staging content in HubSpot, managing basic project tasks, and assisting with other marketing-related activities.
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Working hours: 9AM - 5PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Stage and optimize content in HubSpot, including:
- Website pages
- Landing pages
- Emails
- Blogs
- Calls-to-Action (CTAs)
- Ads and social media posts
- Log and organize customer reviews in HubSpot.
- Assist in project management tasks, such as:
- Queueing up deliverables in our project management system.
- Ensuring deadlines and workflows are followed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Perform miscellaneous marketing-related tasks as needed.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content staging, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
