Patient Services Representative

DisclosedRx, a rapidly growing Pharmacy Benefit Management company, is actively seeking a dedicated Prescription Navigator to join our Patient Advocacy and Assistance Team. We are looking for an individual with prior experience in pharmacy benefits or health insurance who demonstrates adaptability and creative problem-solving skills. Your responsibilities

At DisclosedRx, we are driven by our mission to make a meaningful difference in the pharmacy benefit industry. As a member of our Patient Advocacy and Assistance Team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to help individuals access the medication they need. Our proprietary savings programs ensure unmatched cost savings, guaranteeing that our members receive the best possible prices for their medications.

Some of the day-to-day job functions include:

• Answering incoming calls to provide assistance and support to members or third parties regarding medication and insurance plan inquiries.
• Making outbound calls to members, prescribers, and pharmacies to address and resolve medication-related issues.
• Utilizing Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration with team members.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and organizing claim information.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Assisting members in navigating and maximizing cost savings programs.

Who we are looking for

We are a growing company in search of individuals who share our values and want to grow alongside us. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, proactive, organized, and detail oriented. While experience in a small company or the insurance industry is preferred, it is not required.

Preferred experience includes:

• Prior experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management or Medical Insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in a remote work setting
• Excellent communication skills
• General insurance knowledge
