Internal Communications Generalist, Employee Experience Communications

We’re seeking a high-judgement, self-motivated, and creative communications professional to support employee experience communications. This individual will manage strategic and tactical internal communications covering general workplace news and employee experiences. This individual will collaborate closely with IT, Security, Legal and across internal comms teams to develop innovative internal communication strategies, clear narratives, and clever tactics that focus on informing and engaging global audiences. This candidate must possess talent for collaboration, have the ability to flex when needed, and agility to navigate a large-scale, complex business to deliver the most important information to employees. Key job responsibilities Work across the business teams to source and deliver communications and original content that focus on employee experiences Drive communications for global workplace programs and initiatives Provide internal communications support and counsel to business partners Measure and report on outcomes and provide strategic adjustments Coordinate the delivery of content across internal channels Basic Qualifications • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements • 5+ years of professional non-internship communications experience (preferably employee facing) • Exemplary written and oral communications skills • Preferred Qualifications • Experience working within a multi-national company or an organization with 50,000+ employees • Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
