What You Will Be Doing Providing prompt and precise responses to inquiries from parents through phone and email Guiding and supporting student ambassadors to effectively showcase our programs during tours Organizing the logistics for tours and shadow days with meticulous attention to detail Keeping our CRM & SIS systems updated with current admissions records Assisting in the creation of scalable manuals and processes for future campuses What You Wont Be Doing Developing or directing the admissions strategy Supervising a team or managing multiple campuses Engaging in curriculum development or direct student instruction Customer Support Representative Key Responsibilities Ensure a flawless admissions process that embodies the high standards and efficiency of 2 Hour Learning.
