Senior Analyst, Dropship Extended Isle

Position Summary The successful candidate would report to the Manager of Extended Aisle and be primarily responsible for the performance of the CVS Digital Dropship Program. Problem-solving skills are critical, and an analytical approach to merchandising is essential, which will ensure continued growth in the dropship business at CVS. The ideal candidate will own the Dropship Promotional strategy, operations and execution of CVS Health's online-only Dropship program, vendor relationships, and drive the implementation of initiatives that align with the strategic roadmap. Must be aware of best-in-class site merchandising strategy across retailers and be prepared to advocate for program improvements based on competitors and internal data. Required Qualifications 3+ years in merchandising, ecommerce or financial planning Eagerness to learn, and strong internal drive to stay ahead of latest site merchandising developments across top digital retailers and brands Must be extremely detail-oriented and be very organized Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities Strong ability to work cross-functionally Strong experience across Microsoft Office suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in dropship with a history of making data-driven decisions Ability to clearly articulate and present merchandising strategy and results Travel - Ability, and willingness, to travel regularly, 10% of time, based on needs of the business. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of Retail Store or Pharmacy experience Education Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
