Guest Communications ? Vacation Rentals, Airbnb ? Contract to Hire

Hi! I own and operate a vacation rental management company in Florida. I list my properties on Airbnb, VRBO, Google Vacation rentals, and through my direct booking website. I communicate with guests during the booking process, post booking, and before, during, and after their stay at one of my properties. I need a VA to manage guest communications (via Airbnb, email, text, and the occasional... phone call), schedule maintenance through text and phone calls, data-mining (rental and occupancy rates from Airbnb, VRBO), purchasing of supplies, and building of graphics for my listing and websites. Fast, extremely friendly, and well-written/spoken communication is #1 for me so the hire must have near perfect English language skills and be available and quick to respond during our agreed upon hours. In my experience, a quick, friendly response can be the difference in securing a booking vs. not. I will provide sufficient training, documentation, and tools to assist with your duties and help with efficiency. I will be available to assist the hire along the way with daily communication, and we will communicate daily via video chat and Slack. I am very proud of the company I have built. I am looking for a long-term hire who will help me continue to deliver best in class customer service. The hire must have NEAR PERFECT English language skills, experience in the vacation rental/hospitality industry, and be proficient with Airbnb, VRBO, Notion, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Microsoft products.
