Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions. ? Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat. ? Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment. Live Session Moderation ? Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers. ? Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests. ? Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule. ? Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues. Community Building ? Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included. ? Help amplify the festival?s themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue. What You?ll Gain: ?
