Technical Lead / Software SME

Job Summary: Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead / Software SME to support the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) suite of applications. This role involves upgrading and maintaining 13 separate applications, including OpenText Documentum Content Servers and Webtop, as well as migrating from Taskspace to D2. Experience with OpenText Directory Servers is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in application lifecycle management. Responsibilities: ? Lead and support the upgrade and maintenance of the Enterprise Content Management Suite. ? Manage and implement upgrades for Documentum Content Servers and Webtop. ? Oversee the migration from Taskspace to D2. ? Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in OpenText Documentum Software, Apache Tomcat Environment, and Linux/UNIX OS. ? Collaborate with technical development teams and business stakeholders to ensure project success. ? Facilitate discussions across multiple teams to drive technical decisions and solutions. ? Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and Agile methodologies. ? Manage change and configuration processes using tools such as VersionOne and ServiceNow. ? Oversee application lifecycle management (ALM) and problem/risk management. ? Prepare and present technical updates and solutions to management. ? Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication. Qualifications: ? Extensive experience with OpenText Documentum Software. ? Strong knowledge of Apache Tomcat Environment. ? Proficiency in Linux/UNIX OS. ? Expertise in SDLC practices and Agile methodologies. ? Proven ability to lead technical development teams. ? Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to management. ? Experience with Change Management and Configuration Management tools such as VersionOne and ServiceNow. ? Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) principles. ?
