Summary
Responsible for performing routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures. While ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements. Responsibilities ? Responsible for performing routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures. ? Answer and direct telephone calls. ? Data entry. ? Filing and other administrative duties. ? Handle routine correspondence, including mail and faxes. ? Prepare business reports and presentations. ? Monitoring Drivers activities using mapping system LYTX & Intellishift when applicable ? Prepare paperwork to get the driver on the street ? Manage Fast Pace Demands of Driver assignment Qualifications ? High school diploma or GED required. ? Some college preferred. ? Microsoft Office & SAP work experience preferred. ? Strong communication skills ? Basic computer and database application skills. ? Excellent phone etiquette. ? Knowledge of multi-line phone systems. ? Accurate data entry. ? Strong organizational skills. ? Bilingual skills a plus.
