Remote Master's Level Therapist

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Location: Telehealth We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Master's Level Therapist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities: • Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients in accordance with treatment plans. • Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress. • Utilize evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health concerns. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members when needed to provide comprehensive care. • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational guidelines. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. • Active and unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in the state(s) of practice. • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently while adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
