Remote Sales Representative - Training Provided/Work from Home
The Summers Agency is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers the opportunity to work from home and receive comprehensive training. Compensation & Benefits: This is a 1099, commissioned only based role plus the opportunity for bonuses.. In addition, we offer health & life insurance. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve individual and team sales targets Sell life & mortgage protection insurance policies to clients, that fits their specific need. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support Follow up on leads and actively engage with potential customers to close sales Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales metrics to management Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Prior sales experience in a similar industry is a plus but not required What we do: Work to meet the insurance needs of clients by selling insurance policies, providing insurance advice, and assisting with insurance claims Help with the licensing process if you do not hold an active life & health insurance license.
