Streaming Content Project Manager Department: Trilogy Digital Location: USA Job Type: Full-time, Remote Reports to: Director of Streaming Content Job Summary: Are you passionate about Christian content? Trilogy Digital is searching for a Streaming Content Project Manager to join our growing Streaming Content team. The Streaming Content Project Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining processes for the execution of projects under the Streaming Content team. This includes defining project scope, developing workbacks, conducting cross- functional intake and keeping all parties on task to meet deadlines for the daily operations TBN+, TBN’s streaming app. A strong candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is thorough, builds structure for processes, and finds solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency. This position will report directly to the Director of Streaming Content. Responsibilities and Duties • De?ne project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and track project progress using project management tools. • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and team members. • Collaborate with the content team to plan and priori3ze upcoming content releases, promotional campaigns, and special inititives. • Work closely with designers, managers, and technical teams to ensure smooth work?ow and high-quality outcomes. • Assist in de?ning project goals and KPIs to measure success and ensure alignment with audience engagement objectives. • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring e?ective collaboration between content, creative, marketing, and technical departments. • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, facilitating problem-solving and fostering a positive work environment. • Cultivate strong working relationships and communication with internal teams and external partners, including contractors and third-party vendors. • Address any issues that arise during the production process and work to ?nd solutions promptly. • Ensure timely delivery of finished content that aligns with the ministry goals, brand voice, and creative vision of TBN. Qualifications/Requirements • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within digital media, content production, or a related industry. • Expert time and project management skills to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure. • Meticulous attention to quality, detail, and project organization. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in project management software, specifically Wrike, and the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for the formulation of spreadsheets. • Comfortable with technical jargon and a willingness to develop new technical skills. • Interest in, and knowledge of, the Christian media landscape. Preferred Skills/Experience • Experience working with creative teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Experience working in the digital industry with direct experience in AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, and/or FAST platforms. • Technical working knowledge of video CMS and analytics software, such as JW Player, Vimeo OTT and Brightcove. • Experience working in Christian media. • Passion for media, storytelling, and the mission of TBN+.
