Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks with utmost accuracy and thoroughness. • Handle and document financial transactions, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes. • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and various financial reports. • Prepare and sustain essential financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. • Execute daily bookkeeping duties such as data entry, filing, and document organization. • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve discrepancies in financial records. • Stay informed about the latest advancements in bookkeeping practices and QuickBooks software.
