Must be coachablePreferred experience but required working in an agency or brokerage environment.Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and strong ethical standards.Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening, with strong interpersonal abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish is a plus).
