Hybrid Loan Officer Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Hybrid Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to self-generate leads and hold an NMLS license, with a focus on building strong client relationships and facilitating smooth loan processes. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through self-generation and networking activities. • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a clear understanding of their options and requirements. • Analyze applicant financial information to determine eligibility for various loan products. • Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. • Collaborate with other team members to streamline the loan processing system and improve efficiency. Qualifications • Must possess a valid NMLS license. • Proven ability to self-generate leads in a sales environment. • Previous experience as a Loan Officer is preferred but not required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
