In this versatile role, you will be highly effective as the interface between the Office Management team, clients, and our legal team. • Proactive identification of potential clients and establishment of initial contacts • Conducting negotiations and closing contracts • Analysis and optimization of internal sales processes • Implementation and maintenance of sales tools for efficient customer management and relationship management • Close collaboration with our legal team and other departments for optimal support • Preparation of reports and analyses for performance evaluation Speed, motivation, teamwork, ambitious goals - we have something in common! Furthermore, you impress us with: • Completed degree in Business, Law, or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in sales • Experience in the legal industry is a plus • Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities • Proficient knowledge of CRM systems • Willingness to work independently and meet deadlines • Self-directed work approach and high self-motivation • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments – willingness to support colleagues • Interest in the legal industry and the readiness to familiarize oneself with legal topics An empowering powerhouse that challenges and supports you.
