Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn matter most. What You ll Do: Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, meetings, and communication. Assist with social media, including scheduling posts and engaging with audiences. Contribute to creating and editing marketing materials for campaigns. Streamline team communication and project workflows. Support marketing efforts, including client outreach and content planning. Handle special projects with creativity and efficiency. Tools You ll Use: Office 365, Slack, Zoom for collaboration and communication, Karbon for practice management. Social media tools for scheduling and engagement.
