Client: Full service CPA firm for 30 years 30% commission on ALL REVENUE brought in (No Cap) FULLY PAID FOR BENEFITS by employer for Single and Family: health, vision, dental, and 401K match In Office 5 days a week - 9:00 5:00 w. 1-hour for lunch from 12pm 1pm ****

***** Qualifications: Bachelors degree in an Accounting, Finance, or related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Current and valid CPA license required. Working knowledge and experience in the preparation and review of individual and corporate tax returns including but not limited to Forms 1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065, 1041, 706, and 709 Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, both domestic and international Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate a high-performing tax team High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals Responsibilities: Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission Provide training and support to the tax team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Oversee the company's tax department to ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize profitability Research and interpret tax laws and regulations, keeping the company informed of any changes that may impact the business Apply Job!
