Job Overview We are on the lookout for an experienced RN to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for patients in their homes. This full-time position is based in the Milwaukee, WI area and offers a competitive salary along with a robust benefits package, allowing you to thrive both professionally and personally. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to craft and implement tailored care plans. Refer patients to other hospice care disciplines as necessary, or provide justification for not doing so. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care progress in accordance with established policies. Record changes and outcomes related to pain and symptom management as appropriate. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective patient care techniques. Maintain regular communication with the clinical manager and care team. Fulfill on-call responsibilities and provide services to patients and families as assigned. Undertake additional duties as needed. Qualifications A minimum of one year of nursing experience. A current RN license in the state of Wisconsin. Current CPR certification. A valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
Compensation
And Benefits Competitive Pay: (88,000 - )92,000 per year, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and mileage reimbursement.
