Duties • Proactively sell health, dental, and vision insurance policies to individuals and families, meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Develop and maintain a robust client base through strategic referrals and lead generation efforts. • Provide personalized consultations, assessing client needs to recommend suitable insurance products that align with their goals. • Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and premiums, ensuring clients understand their options. • Process applications, manage policy changes, and handle customer inquiries efficiently. • Consistently maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activity and client interactions. Qualifications • Demonstrated success in sales, customer service, or related fields, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services, or the ability to learn quickly. • Proficiency with CRM platforms to manage leads, track progress, and stay organized. • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions. • Experience in high-volume sales, call center environments, or telemarketing is highly advantageous.
