The Manager of the Payroll and HR Solution will be a key leader within the Restaurant365 Sales organization. Lead a team of seasoned Account Executives in both engaging and closing top prospects, while simultaneously driving revenue growth and achievement. Requirements: Bachelors degree strongly preferred 5-7+ years experience directly managing SaaS sales teams History of exceeding quota with Mid-Market and Enterprise level clients Ability to lead and motivate with a passion for coaching and developing talent Experience with Salesforce and other sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to travel up to 50% Payroll and/or human capital management (HCM) sales experience Benefits: This position has a salary range of $115,000 - $165,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
