EcoSure Insurance Group is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible for our team. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to data integrity will be essential in supporting our operations and helping us serve our customers effectively. If you are proficient in data entry and enjoy working in a remote capacity, we would love to have you on our team. Responsibilities • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems. • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry. • Assist in managing and organizing digital records and files. • Generate reports and retrieve information as needed by the team. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and support operational needs. • Adhere to data confidentiality and security standards at all times. • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. • Familiarity with data management software is a plus. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
