About the Role
We are looking for Closers and Setters who are passionate about sales and renewable energy. You will work in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office time and field appointments based on your experience and preference. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, youll benefit from robust training, advanced tools, and pre-qualified leads to make your job as seamless as possible. Responsibilities Engage with pre-booked appointments to close deals and meet sales targets. Educate homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy. Collaborate with team members and partners to deliver exceptional service. Represent EnergyTime Solar professionally in the field and at the office. Track and report progress using provided tools and software. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience preferred for Closers; enthusiasm and willingness to learn for Setters. Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals. Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment (office and field). Team-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within the company. Why Work With Us?
