Agency Operations Representative

Title: Agency Operations Representative Location: Frisco, TX, or Remote (must reside in Texas) This is an individual contributor position which works under regular supervision. The role of the Agency Services Representative is to provide agents with solutions to technical issues as well as update Agents National Title Insurance Company (ANTIC) internal system for compliance documentation, maintain positive communication and document correspondence within the system. As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties: • Maintaining accurate prospect and agency information in NetSuite. • Complete set up and documentation for new agents. • Work within the NetSuite case system to respond and resolve agent issues. • Regularly verify and update compliance information including entity and individual licenses, E&O, bonds, and appointments. • Ensure Agent contact information is set up in appropriate systems for access to ANTIC products and email communications. • Hold training sessions for agents on various title productions software systems. • Provide support for ancillary products and services. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: • Active knowledge of title insurance. • Three plus (3+) years of client management preferred. • Technical knowledge pertaining to agent used title production software preferred. • Technical knowledge of ticketing systems is preferred. • Strong Communication skills. • Compliance with all internal processes and procedures. • Attention to detail. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
