This role focuses on delivering critical lending operations including loan administration and servicing across mortgages, consumer, leasing, and commercial lending products. As a key contributor to our team, you'll ensure efficient processing, adherence to policies, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to achieve business results and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure execution and sustainability of change management initiatives. • Accurately process service requests, transactions, and administrative tasks within set service level agreements. • Maintain and reconcile documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Provide knowledgeable responses to stakeholder inquiries ensuring policy compliance. • Collaborate on system/process improvements and maintain operational integrity through regulatory adherence. Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in relevant systems and technology. • Solid understanding of lending products, processes, and controls. • Excellent prioritization, organizational, and analytical skill Industry Experience: • Previous experience in Personal and Business Banking or related financial services industry preferred.
