Technical Accounting Manager-CPA

The National Recruiting Division of CBIZ LLP is recruiting for a Technical Accounting Manager/Assurance Quality Control CPA. Responsibilities • Implement strategies to comply with new accounting standards, analyze impacts, (internally and externally) • Lead Due Diligence and Technical review of audit engagements • Maintain and strengthen internal controls for technical compliance firm wide. • Manage & enhance Quality Control systems and provide end user training, (policies, standards, library, etc) • Lead Quality Control and Audit initiatives, (transformation, automation, technology implementations, etc) • Develop and monitor new internal controls, and coordinate Peer Reviews. • Ensure compliance to established audit processes, manage end user training sessions. Qualifications • Public Accounting & Audit experience • CPA certification. • 5+ years of Technical Accounting and Quality Control exposure Compensation for this role will ideally be between $130-160k+Bonus For job requisitions posted to certain locations, CBIZ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range.
