Sales Representative-Mandarin required

Salary: $2500 per month + 80% commission fee + $1000 signing bonus in the first six months Responsibilities: This role is crucial in expanding the adoption of restaurant technology solutions by building strong relationships and driving sales within the restaurant and hospitality industry. • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to grow sales. • Engage in both inside and outside sales efforts to achieve targeted revenue goals. • Conduct sales calls to upsell and cross-sell services. • Identify and pursue potential leads, including attending trade shows to expand market presence. • Analyze and report on market trends, including pricing, competition, and customer needs. • Provide technical support, assist with testing, and facilitate client onboarding. • Work closely with Channel Sales and IT teams to deliver optimal service to clients. • Support strategic business development initiatives to enhance sales performance. • Negotiate and manage the sales process from initial engagement through contract execution and implementation. • Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline data in Salesforce. • Represent the company professionally through timely and thorough client interactions. Qualifications: • Experience managing high-volume sales cycles. • Strong ability to build and leverage internal partnerships. • 2+ years of experience in software, restaurant equipment sales, or the credit card processing industry. • Previous experience in a start-up environment is preferred. • Ability to work occasional weekends. • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills. • Excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills. • Willingness to travel as needed. • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
