Air Travel Manager

As a Group Air Planner, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of corporate travel. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our industry. You'll be responsible for handling group air travel movements ranging from 10 to several thousand people, researching and negotiating with airlines for optimal seat allocation, and managing contracts to ensure seamless execution. You'll also be responsible for all aspects of Travel for Meetings (T4M) movements for our portfolio of clients, including new inquiries, research, cost comparisons, and event reporting. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential in this role, as you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of GDS systems, preferably Sabre/Apollo, and experience with Concur OBT and Cvent integration. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are also crucial in this fast-paced environment.
