Job Description

As a CVS Health Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the assistance and information they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients by handling inquiries related to our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. – Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred. – Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. – Ability to work independently and in a team environment. – Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities – Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. – Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members or departments. – Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies. – Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. – Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed. – Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience. – Continuously improve knowledge of company offerings to better assist customers. Educational Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education in customer service or a related field being advantageous.
