Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective phone etiquette. • Accurately enter customer information and data into our systems while maintaining high levels of accuracy. • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account information. • Process transactions, including cash handling and payment processing as needed. • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus. • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. • Familiarity with office procedures and computer systems for data entry tasks. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment. • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity. • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.
