Virtual Project Manager 15 Hours per Week (IC-CL)

Key Responsibilities • Manage calendar and scheduling • Schedule meetings across multiple global stakeholders • Implement a project plan • Manage emails, follow ups, reminders, and deadlines • Oversee project implementations • Manage tasks such as purchase and send thank you cards • Use templates to create trackers and manage timelines • Support various B2B engagements by fostering strong partnerships • Create gantt charts • Support all operations • Assist in the transition from Asana to Monday • Assist with various other projects / tasks • Platforms: • Google Suite • Asana • Monday • Network for Good • Experience in project management (a must) • Experience with gantt charts and PM software (a must) • Experience with a nonprofit (a plus) • Experience with Monday (a plus) • Availability to meet on Monday afternoons with the team 1:30pm EST - 4:00pm EST • Ability to structure and organize complex projects with clear timelines and deliverables • Eager and willing to learn • Team player • Detail oriented • Intuitively organized • Self-starter and ability to work independently • 15 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows) • Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone There are no benefits for this role as it is meant to be performed by independent contractors.
