Skills • Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Valid Texas driver’s license and auto insurance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Bilingual in Spanish (Required). Responsibilities • Facilitate and coordinate medical care for injured employees, ensuring they receive optimal treatment. • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care. • Oversee patient care, including attending medical appointments, coordinating hospital visits, arranging medical equipment, and providing necessary home modifications and services. • Travel locally to visit patients and attend appointments, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. A laptop will be provided for remote tasks. Qualifications • At least 1 year of nursing experience. • Experience in case management is a plus. Education Requirements • Registered Nurse (RN) degree.
