Responsibilities • Assist clients in navigating ACA/Obama Care health insurance options, ensuring the best coverage for their needs. , • Manage the enrollment process seamlessly using Health Sherpa and other tools. , • Stay updated on federal and state health insurance regulations to provide accurate information and advice. , • Build strong relationships with clients while maintaining a consultative sales approach. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience specializing in ACA/Obama Care health insurance. , • Proficient in using HealthSherpa for efficient and accurate enrollments. , • Licensed in 15-20 states minimum, with current 2-15 licenses. , • 2025 FFM Certification (or in progress). , • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. , • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote, performance-driven environment.
