Because at Fort Health, we believe we're stronger together. What We Offer Competitive Compensation: $85 per 55-minute session, with paid no-shows and late cancellations. Flexible Scheduling: Provide a minimum of 5 sessions per week after school hours (3:00 PM - 8:00 PM) Monday to Friday, with weekends as optional. Collaborative Environment: Work closely with our clinical team to develop personalized treatment plans and actively involve parents/caregivers to drive treatment goals forward. What Youll Be Doing Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 therapy tailored to the unique needs of children, teenagers, and their families. Collaborate closely with the clinical team to develop personalized treatment plans for each client and their family. Actively involve parents and caregivers in treatment sessions to foster collaboration and drive the treatment plan forward. Access consultation and resources from our non-profit partner to integrate cutting-edge treatment protocols and methods into your practice, ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients. Complete and sign patient notes within 24 hours. What We're Looking For Licensed Clinicians: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses preferred). Clinical Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with expertise in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT. Telehealth Experience: Experience in delivering telehealth services. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team and effective engagement with stakeholders. Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload). Credentialing: Active NPI and established CAQH credentialing, with existing credentialing with major insurers. Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm ET Saturdays & Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm ET 23 Clinical hours must be after 3:30 pm to meet the demand of our clients after school hours.
