Job Overview Join our esteemed Loan Management team as a Loan Officer in a fully remote capacity. We are actively seeking five committed professionals to assist small businesses and investors in securing essential commercial loans. The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in loan brokerage, complemented by a robust sales acumen and a determination to achieve objectives. This role requires a proactive mindset, focusing on high-volume outreach to establish meaningful connections and drive new business. Key Responsibilities • Client Acquisition: Proactively engage with 50-100 prospective clients each day to uncover new business opportunities and successfully finalize loan agreements. • Lender Matching: Utilize your established network of lenders to identify optimal loan solutions, competitive rates, and favorable terms tailored to client needs. • Negotiation: Guide clients in negotiating favorable loan conditions that align with their financial goals. • Client Guidance: Provide expert counsel throughout the loan application journey, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of their options and the necessary steps. • Documentation Collection: Collect critical documentation from clients, including income verification, credit assessments, and collateral information. • Marketing & Outreach: Implement effective marketing strategies to foster trust with clients, attract new business, and generate high-quality leads. Required Skills • Demonstrated sales expertise, with a strong preference for individuals with prior loan brokerage experience. • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. • A dedicated drive to achieve and surpass sales objectives, emphasizing high-volume outbound engagement. • Familiarity with commercial loan processes and an existing network of lenders would be advantageous. • Self-motivated with the capacity to manage tasks efficiently; reliable access to a computer and internet is essential. • Availability Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. Qualifications • A minimum of 1 year of experience in loan origination is preferred. • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales is preferred.
