About the position The Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist at Dynascale, Inc. is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial records and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will utilize QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel to facilitate seamless financial operations and reporting. Responsibilities • Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner. , • Verify invoice accuracy, including pricing, terms, and discounts. , • Ensure proper documentation is attached to invoices. , • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices. , • Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account statements in a professional and timely manner. , • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate prompt payments. , • Reconcile payments with outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies. , • Follow up on overdue accounts to secure timely payments. , • Generate weekly aging reports and provide regular updates on receivables status. , • Review and verify invoices and purchase orders for accounts payable. , • Process payments to vendors and subcontractors. , • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. , • Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records. , • Maintain and improve job costing system and prepare financial reports as needed. Requirements • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, specifically in accounts receivable and accounts payable. , • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. , • Strong organizational and time management skills. , • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. , • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. , • High level of integrity and professionalism. , • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations. , • Ability to identify issues and resolve problems independently and as part of a team. , • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a growing company.
