Senior Market Research Professional

About the position The Senior Market Research Professional at Humana will play a crucial role in the Market Research team, focusing on understanding market conditions and customer needs to enhance health services. This position involves collaborating with marketing partners to define strategic insights, managing research projects, and presenting findings to stakeholders, all aimed at improving consumer experiences in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities • Determine the key business questions to be answered , • Scope the right research audience , • Secure research sample if not using a panel , • Select the appropriate vendor from approved research partners , • Partner with the vendor to identify the best research methodology , • Gain approvals and alignment on research instruments including legal and compliance , • Project manage the vendor through the research , • Work with the vendor on data analysis and deliver a final report focused on insights , • Present insights to all stakeholders , • Assist other researchers on larger projects and assignments , • Manage budget tracking and other research operations Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Market Research, Data Analytics, Marketing, Communications or Business , • 3+ years of Marketing research experience in both qualitative and quantitative projects , • Experience in the healthcare and/or health insurance industry , • Understanding and experience with a variety of research methodologies , • Strong project management skills and ability to proactively address obstacles , • Ability to turn data into compelling stories through insights and data visualization , • Strong presentation skills and experience communicating complex strategies to senior management , • Passion for improving consumer experiences Nice-to-haves • Master's degree or other graduate degree , • Healthcare, Provider research experience , • Medicare/Senior Consumer Experience , • Experience with CMS STARs requirements, ratings, and measurements Benefits • Health benefits effective day 1 , • Paid time off, holidays, volunteer time and jury duty pay , • Recognition pay , • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match , • Tuition assistance , • Scholarships for eligible dependents , • Parental and caregiver leave , • Employee charity matching program , • Network Resource Groups (NRGs) , • Career development opportunities Apply Job!
