Responsibilities • Provide support and guidance to customers to ensure an exceptional experience. , • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat regarding claims adjudication and provider credentialing. , • Utilize medical terminology effectively in communications and documentation. , • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records related to claims and credentialing processes. Requirements • Experience in a claims or credentialing environment. , • Knowledge of medical terminology. , • Some experience in a medical office setting. , • Ability to type accurately at a speed of 40 WPM.
